Program Overview
Launched in August 2021, FOX News Media’s Career Launch Program (CLP) strives to set up early career talent for success by providing tools and resources that empower them to navigate their career journeys. The program goal is to provide early career team members with more experiences focused on increasing engagement, inclusion, exposure, and growth opportunities at FOX.
The Career Launch Program (CLP) is led by Executive Sponsors and an Advisory Team representing all areas of our business. Their focus is to develop and lead monthly programming and also to be mentors to early career employees.
